01 Presentation and Appearance of the Cake
Cake 1: Ferrero Rocher Chocolate
Ferrero Rocher is one of those famous chocolates that real fans would all be able to effortlessly recognize even if blindfolded. So, it is undeniable that Ferrero Rocher would be a perfect ingredient for cakes! Here at Dragonfly Café, they serve the best Ferrero Rocher Chocolate Cake. It is a short cake, and not overly large for its price of 195.00 pesos per order but it does have a decadent and savory flavor. 3 words- it’s rich, crunchy, and sweet without being overpowering.
The cake also has an appealing texture but it softens and melts away between the chocolate cream and the mousse. You undoubtedly get an indication of Ferrero Rocher throughout it. The small bits of Ferrero Rocher provide a beautiful crunch breaking up the softer grains. Another thing that was truly important to point out was the fact that the three layers of rich chocolate cake are super moist. Even while cold, the mousse cake is still very moist. Overall, it is relatively appetizing, despite its small size.
Cake 2: Black Sesame Shortcake
Wow, what a unique name for a cake! Indeed, if you’re a fan of black sesame and cakes, then it’s time for you to taste the unique nutty flavor of black sesame in this captivating mousse cake. The presentation of the cake is so astonishing considering the seeds give a lovely texture and look great in the cake. For its taste, it is actually surprisingly and uniquely deep, nutty and toasty. Yes, it tastes so light and airy! It’s not sweet at all, rather it has a slightly bitter taste. Therefore, a healthy alternative if you have a sweet tooth and happen to be health-conscious.
Additionally, if you work out consistently and are strictly on a certain diet that keeps away from sweet cakes then, here's the alternative. You can always have a mouthwatering Sesame Cake from Dragonfly Café and still stay fit. Lastly, we highly recommend having this stunner cake with a cup of hot coffee or chocolate drink in the afternoon.
Cake 3: Ube Halaya Mini Cake
The critics have already fallen under the spell of this particular cake and it's easy to see why. Dragonfly Café’s Ube Hilaya Mini Cake (P155/slice), is noted for its vivid purple appearance and exceptional ube flavor that lingers in your mouth a few seconds too long. It is also important to point out that you can never go wrong with this treat, if you’re craving for ube right now then this one’s a prime choice. The cake itself is divine and its probably the highlight of our third pastry hopping experience.
In terms of presentation, the cake is neatly served on an elegant porcelain with no additional speck of plating. Delving into its composition, the purple slice boasts several features including its moist chiffon ube cake layers, ube halaya and coconut cream frosting, ube powder, and macapuno filling. Just a forkful of this delight would definitely satiate your Filipino dessert craving. It's not too sweet and it’s not lacking in sweetness either, perfectly balanced just like an authentic classic. We haven’t even had any leftovers because it’s just way too good! (chef’s kiss 100)

Accommodating, courteous, and fast.
Talking about Dragonfly Cafe’s staff employees, they were certainly accommodating, courteous, and fast. We just cannot get over how helpful the staff members were and how wonderful and dedicated they were in serving the customers and the company they work for. Indeed, Dragonfly Cafe’s employees created great working environments, hence increasing their overall productivity

Dragonfly Café might be your next favorite local hangout. As you enter the place, you are welcomed by melodies of tranquility and serenity that will instantly put you in a cozy and relaxing mood. The café's white walls, wooden ceiling, and lights contribute significantly to its effervescence which makes a bright space to clear your mind. Their achromatic furniture and neutral-colored counter add clean and sophisticated touches that are hard to overlook. Moreover, there aren’t any distracting elements within the café but its definitely an aesthetic standout due to its simplicity and peacefulness.
You can also find several potted plants inside and we personally think each spot gets you real comfy. For their product display, it’s significant to point out that their pastries have translucent covers which helps ensure cleanliness and safety. We also don’t wanna miss their neat displays of colorful syrups and beverages! Overall, Dragonfly Café should definitely be a go-to spot for students or individuals aiming to be productive.
4. Cleanliness of the Place
The level of cleanliness in the Dragonfly Cafe is top-notch. They put the customers at ease with great customer service that puts the utmost importance on cleanliness. They not only keep the cafe clean, but they also maintain proper hygiene standards. In addition, the employees do an excellent job of keeping the cafe's restroom clean and scented. Despite the high volume of customers, the table cleaning service at Dragonfly Cafe is exceptional. Tables are immediately cleared after customers finish their meals and make the table available. Indeed, the Dragonfly Cafe is dedicated to keeping the environment clean, hygienic, and presentable.
