Among the products that they offer, we tried two varieties of their offered cakes. Let's take a look at the reviews of our conscientious critics.

1. Presentation and Appearance of the Cake

Cake 1: Chocolate Decadence

10 Dove Street Café’s Chocolate Decadence cake ticks the right boxes for all CHOCOnnoisseurs: moist, tender, fudgy, delicious, adequate base ratio, and fine serving size (P170/slice). This treat has the ideal balance of crumbly undertones and dark chocolate kicks. Each bite will leave you in awe as it has a striking blend of seemingly interesting textures. We definitely recommend this decadent chocolatey perfection to all chocolate cake lovers out there!

Presentation-wise, the cake is served on an unadorned plate marked with the café’s distinctive blue logo. The coating itself is noted for its dark pigment which covers a mix of a succulent yet subtle sponge cake stuffed with more layers of delectable fudge. You can find its rich chocolate shavings suffused over the cake itself making it extra exciting to grab a forkful. One word to describe this cake: SENSATIONAL!

Cake 2: Sugar-free Ube Pandan

If you have a sweet tooth and happen to be health-conscious then, we bet you’d salivate over this appetizing, colorful, and scrumptious looking Sugar free Ube Pandan Cake that is assured to be sugar-free! It was really delicious and everyone was amazed at how gorgeous it was. Our first bite certainly showcased that the cake immediately succeeded in bringing out the mouthwatering taste of a usual cake, regardless of it being sugar free. The texture of the cake was so soft, smooth, and fluffy.

Taste-wise, the pandan flavor was prominent compared to the ube flavor and it tasted very natural as well. The cake is also generously smothered with yema filling, which we totally loved. Indeed, this cake not only looked beautiful but the taste is undeniably astonishing as well and truly lived up to expectations. We recommend you pair this cake with a hot coffee. Overall, you can always have a mouthwatering sugar free cake and still stay fit with the help of 10 Dove Street’s Sugar free Ube Pandan Cake.

A friendly and accommodating crew at your service.

That’s all that we can say about 10 Dove Street’s employees. We just cannot get over how accommodating the employees were and how amazing and dedicated they were in going the extra mile just to meet customers’ needs. Indeed, 10 Dove Street’s staff created great working environments, thus increasing their overall productivity.

3. Store Ambiance (store layout, product display, music)

Be prepared to go back in time and feel their comforting-homey vibe.

In all honesty, this cafe did not disappoint! Not even a teeny tiny bit. Once you step into this realm of porcelain and ceramics, you are then directly greeted by a table filled with pastries and packed goodies, plus they have fine displays of alluring ice creams too! Perfect for those wanting to try some exciting flavor combos. To point out, the café also has a selection of various mini-cakes and cheesecakes.

So, you can be confident in selecting whatever catches your eye behind their glass cases!

Its simple and uncomplicated aesthetic brings about a sense of coziness and serenity to its customers including the critics who have had a long and tiresome conquest of searching for the best stops to feature. We haven’t gotten any insight about their furniture choice but we agree that it complements and reflects the overall vibe that 10 Dove Street Café is giving.

4. Cleanliness of the Place

At 10 Dove Street, they take the cleanliness of the store and their customers' safety very seriously. Kudos to their hardworking and neat employees who work diligently to maintain a safe, clean, hygienic, and comfortable environment for their customers. Even if there are numerous jars, plates, and other items in the wall cabinets, you can see that the cabinet and the items inside are free of any dirt or debris. Moreover, as it was raining at that time, they put out mats in anticipation of customers coming in with wet shoes to help them wipe their shoes thoroughly on the mat. The store provides the mats to ensure that customers are comfortable and that the floors are protected from dirt and debris. Overall, with their white and wood aesthetic, you can see the pride they take in maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.

5. Parking

Given that IT Park is where 10 Dove Street is located, its parking space is large enough to accommodate expected customers. However, there are no designated parking spaces at the front entrance of the store. Customers must walk a considerable distance from the parking area to 10 Dove Street. Walking longer may be fine for some, but it may be a hassle and inconvenient for others. Overall, the parking experience is pretty mediocre.
